Is Sanji secretly bi/gay ?

Okay guys i want to use this opportunity to talk about Sanji and more specifically about the elephant in the room.

We have witnessed how much Sanji loves women throughout One Piece, but what if he is gay/bi? Now, before you go crazy on me, allow me to describe why I said this.
First off, we've seen Oda put up Sanji in gay scenarios multiple times throughout the series. He got close to kissing Zoro (even if it was just a filler scene), he was sent to an island full of Okama ,he continued to criticize transsexuals, and at one aim in the series, actually turned into one.

Is there any chance that Oda would be fearless enough to have Sanji making a coming out in the EoS ? I think if he goes that route would be a very excellent & symbolic message to LGBTQ+ community and most of the fans would be satisfied with it because the author will be more progressive than most Japanese mangakas.

Anime episode Spoilers - Sanji is gay????

This is definitely not a signal of Sanji becoming lgbtq+. One Piece's Okama has a lot of subtleties written into them, as with many different lifestyles that are in the One Piece world they all have certain codes that they live by. In many ways, they do share common basis with a lot of their real-life inspirations. However, this doesn't make them exact replicas. Not once anywhere had it stated in any way that an okama was sexually attracted to a bloke. It is just a more feminine (and in a female okama's case, more masculine) way of living. It promotes ascending gender and seeing everyone as people instead of a male of female. Sanji is a rather fragile character when it comes to his mind-set, a lot of his views are based on insecurities. He's too closed-minded when it comes to his character, he views masculinity as his defining aspect and rejects other ways of life due to this.
